Custom orders are produced based on the specifications confirmed by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, especially for custom orders.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation is not allowed, especially for custom-made or printed items.
Any request for order changes must be made before production begins and is subject to approval.
Pakcik Uniform reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Production & Lead Time
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
Delays may occur due to material availability, order volume, design revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pakcik Uniform shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made, printed, or embroidered items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
For defective or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with supporting photos.
Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
