1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.

  • For custom-made or printed uniforms, production time may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, and material availability.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • All states in Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia)

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.


3. Shipping Method

Orders are delivered via trusted third-party courier services. The courier service used may vary depending on your location, order size, and delivery requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details (if available) will be provided.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • The final shipping cost will be confirmed before order confirmation or included in your quotation.

  • Bulk or corporate orders may qualify for special shipping arrangements.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

Pakcik Uniform will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

This will help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Self-Collection (If Applicable)

Self-collection may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability, location, and collection time.
