PAKCIK Uniform
Please read these terms before placing an order, creating an account or enrolling in a PAKCIK Uniform membership programme.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.pakcikuniform.com, orders placed with PAKCIK Uniform and participation in our membership services. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the business identified below. “You” refers to the customer, account holder or programme participant.
We will make the applicable terms available before you commit to an order or membership. Specific terms agreed in a quotation, order confirmation or separate programme agreement govern that transaction where they differ from these general terms, subject to applicable law.
Your statutory rights: Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law, including applicable consumer protections.
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep your account details up to date. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
You must not use the website for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with our systems. You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter the transaction, including when acting for a school, company or organisation.
Product availability, quantities and customisation options are subject to confirmation. Photographs illustrate products; screen settings may affect how colours appear. Goods must still meet their agreed description and specifications.
An enquiry, quotation request or automated acknowledgement does not itself confirm acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise expressly accept it in writing. Please check the confirmed product, quantity, sizes, artwork, price and delivery details.
If we identify an error before acceptance, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any correction. If you decline the corrected offer, or we cannot fulfil an unaccepted order, payments for that order will be refunded.
For customised orders, please review the sizes, measurements, fabric, colours, logos, spelling, artwork placement and quantities before approving production. Any agreed sample or proof forms part of the approved specifications.
Changes requested after approval may affect the price or completion date. We will confirm any additional charges and revised timing before proceeding. We remain responsible for producing goods in accordance with the specifications we have accepted.
You must have permission to use the artwork, trademarks and other materials you provide. You authorise us to use those materials to prepare and fulfil your order. Any separate promotional use of your artwork requires your permission.
Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless expressly indicated otherwise. The confirmed offer will identify applicable product charges, customisation costs, taxes, delivery fees and other required charges before you agree to pay.
Any deposit, balance payment and payment deadline will be specified in the quotation or order confirmation. Production may depend on receipt of the agreed payment and approval of the necessary specifications.
Available payment methods are those offered for your transaction. Instalment or buy-now-pay-later services, where offered, are also subject to the provider’s disclosed approval requirements, fees and terms.
A price change does not alter an already accepted order unless you agree to a change in that order.
Production and delivery timing will be communicated when your order is confirmed. We will distinguish an estimated date from a guaranteed deadline. Please tell us before ordering if a particular event date is essential.
Provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number. If a customer-requested address change or failed delivery creates additional costs, we will explain those costs before arranging a further delivery where practicable.
We will notify you of significant delays and discuss available options. A delay does not remove any cancellation or refund right provided by law or your agreed order terms. If collection is arranged, we will tell you when and where the order is ready.
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or amend an order. Change-of-mind cancellations and returns depend on the conditions disclosed and accepted for that order. Personalised or made-to-order goods may have different change-of-mind conditions from standard products.
Any cancellation charge must have a lawful basis and reflect the agreed terms and reasonable work or costs already incurred. Customisation or a deposit does not remove your rights where goods are defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail applicable legal guarantees.
If there is a problem with your order, provide your order reference, a description and photographs where available. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by law or your agreed terms, which may include repair, replacement or refund. An inspection request does not override a remedy to which you are legally entitled.
We will explain any return arrangements and refund timing. Where the law requires a monetary refund, store credit will not be imposed as a substitute.
Membership applications are subject to the requirements stated in the relevant offer. Training fees, membership fees, renewal charges, optional services and included benefits must be disclosed before enrolment.
Your accepted offer or programme agreement will specify the membership duration, training entitlement, sample materials, support services, renewal process and applicable cancellation or refund terms. We will not retrospectively change benefits already contracted for.
Training sessions may require scheduling or registration as explained in the offer. A training or membership purchase does not automatically grant share ownership, exclusive territory or authority to bind PAKCIK Uniform.
Where an arrangement is subject to the Franchise Act 1998, the required disclosures, registration, written agreement and statutory rights apply. These website terms do not replace the required franchise documentation. Any mandatory cooling-off or refund entitlement takes priority over conflicting programme terms.
Any commission or profit-sharing entitlement must be set out in your written programme terms, including the calculation method, qualifying transactions, payment timing and treatment of cancelled or refunded orders.
Business results depend on customer demand, pricing, sales activity and operating costs. Membership does not guarantee a minimum income, profit, return on investment or financial freedom. Illustrations of possible earnings are not promises of individual results.
Assistance with funding or government grant applications does not guarantee approval or payment. Eligibility and decisions remain subject to the relevant provider or authority.
If your account includes a prepaid balance, its permitted uses, deduction rules and any withdrawal or refund conditions will be explained before funds are accepted. Charges must relate to authorised transactions and the terms you agreed to.
Please check your transaction records and contact us about any discrepancy. Suspending account access does not by itself authorise forfeiture of a balance or remove your rights to a refund or accounting.
Programme participants must use approved brand materials within the permission granted, provide accurate product information and comply with their written agreements. Do not make unauthorised guarantees, collect payments in our name without permission or represent that you can bind the company.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks or a material breach. We will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to respond where practicable. Urgent protective action may be taken first. Contract termination and its consequences remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Website text, designs, photographs, logos and training materials belong to PAKCIK Uniform or their respective rights holders. You may view them for their intended purpose, but commercial copying, redistribution or brand use requires appropriate permission.
Any permission to use sales materials is limited to the scope of your programme agreement. Ownership of materials you supply is not transferred merely because they are used to fulfil an order.
Our privacy notice explains the collection and use of personal data, relevant disclosures and your available rights. These terms do not create unrestricted consent to marketing or unrelated use of your information.
External payment, financing and other services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Read those terms before using the service. The involvement of a third-party provider does not automatically remove our obligations for products or services we supply.
We aim to keep website information accurate and services available. If an error or interruption affects an accepted transaction, we will communicate with you and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
Where events beyond our reasonable control affect fulfilment, we will explain the impact and discuss revised arrangements. Such an event does not automatically remove refund or cancellation rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, applicable statutory guarantees or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims against us.
We may update these general terms for future transactions and show the revised date on this page. Changes do not automatically alter an existing order or programme agreement. Any changes to an ongoing arrangement will follow the agreed process and applicable law.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to your transaction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using an available court, consumer tribunal or other lawful complaint process.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue where legally possible.
